How to order and how long does it take?

Use the online shopping page or contact us using the contact form from the home page. Once an order is received and payment confirmed we usually ship within 12 hours by courier during weekdays. Delivery takes roughly 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will ship the Monday.

I live in Johannesburg. Can I collect?

Collections are available. Please use the contact form on the website to enquire about collection.

What are the payment options?

If you want to pay by credit card, load the Zapper app from the PlayStore or Apple Store. Follow the instructions to add your credit card information. Don't worry. Zapper is a credible payment client. We don't get access to your credit card details. Select manual payment on checkout, and then click the link to the Zapper QR code. Scan the Zapper QR code using the Zapper app to make the payment. Be sure to add your correct details in the Zapper App, so we know who the payment is coming from.
If you prefer to do EFT, the bank instructions will be displayed on checkout. Just select manual payment. We also accept PayPal.
